You can get off the treadmill of intense and self-defeating interactions with co-workers and intimate partners. If you are a spiritual seeker, I can provide a thoughtful and informed perspective on meaning and direction in life. I have been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which is for individuals struggling with problems within personal relationships. I have also received the trainings prescribed by the Department of Defense for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) for veterans and other persons afflicted with anxiety related to traumatic situations. I have a Master's degree in Education and have taught students, interns, and other clinicians informally at many levels. I have worked in two state hospitals, on two Native American reservations and in several community mental health centers.
