At Quality Check Home Inspection we understand a home inspection can be very stressful and emotional to both buyer and seller. During the inspection process we are very sensitive and professional to all who are involved. We feel that the home inspection is an important part of the real estate transaction and should not be a situation where the dream of becoming a home owner is often lost. Each and every home has its own attributes and deficiencies. We believe they need to be explained with caution and understanding to you. That is why, whether it be a large or small issue, we will explain it to you with care and understanding so as not to disrupt the process in any way. We assist you to make an informed decision about the home you are about to purchase. We do not work for the real estate agents or the seller of the home. We work for you.
