We are Aurelia, a brand of fresh gelato & vegan sorbetto in authentic Asian flavors, made with fresh, whole ingredients. We are based in New York City. We specialize in exclusive flavors you won't find elsewhere, including Korean Pear, Genmaicha, Red Dragonfruit, White Rabbit, Matcha, Hojicha, Thai Iced Tea, Black Milk Tea, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Unlike other gelato or ice cream places, we use all natural ingredients and traditional Italian processes to bring our flavors to life, and we use ingredients from some of the world's best suppliers, like Blue Bottle Coffee and ROYCE' Chocolate. We partner with fine Asian restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in the NYC area who serve our gelato. We also do catering, private events, and corporate events.
