Since 2002, the Peace Law Firm has handled Long Term Disability cases and Life insurance cases on a Contingency Fee basis. We represent Employees and their Beneficiaries, regarding Employment-related group benefits claims, including short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, 401(k) plans, pension retirement plan claims, and other Group Benefit claims. We're happy to offer services in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
