The Nourishing Gurus are a powerhouse nutrition team led by Jane Schwartz, RD and Stephanie Goodman CNC. They are devoted to helping women over 50 create consistent healthy eating habits so they can have more energy, less pain and feel leaner and more confident in their bodies again.
