Midland Taekwondo Training Center opened in the great city, Midland,Texas in November 2012 by Grandmaster Doo Hyun Kim, Secretary General of the World Taekwondo Masters Association. He has been for more than 20 years educating Masters and Instructors all over the US nationally as a Chairman of Education and Certification Committee of the United States National Taekwondo Federation that headquarter in Chicago, IL. And Grandmaster Kim has been training Taekwondo for 50 years from South Korea since 1966. Taekwondo is a Korean traditional martial art of unarmed combat for self-defense, involving the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks, dodges, interception with the hands and feet to the rapid destruction on the opponent. Taekwondo is an official Olympic sport in Sydney, Australia since 2000. Then Taekwondo became the most popular martial arts in the world today. Taekwondo training will helps gain concentration, self discipline, self confidence, respect and positive attitude.
